Email hello@luneday.com and we reply within one working day. Say which organisation you mean, and if a booking is involved, the booker's email address, so we can find it.
Connect Zoom
Zoom meetings are created under the organisation owner's Zoom account, so the owner connects it once for the whole organisation.
- Sign in, open Account → Connections, and choose Connect Zoom.
- Approve the request on Zoom's page. You come back to Connections with the card marked Connected.
- Open an event, and under Video link choose Zoom. Until the owner has connected, the option is greyed out with a Connect Zoom button beside it.
Every booking on that event then gets its own Zoom meeting at the booked time. The join link is on the booking confirmation page and in the confirmation email. If a booking is moved, the meeting moves with it; if a booking is cancelled, the meeting is removed from Zoom. Bookers can join before the host and there is no waiting room.
Remove Luneday from Zoom
To stop Luneday creating meetings, either choose Disconnect on the Zoom card under Account → Connections, or remove the app on Zoom's side: in the Zoom App Marketplace open Manage → Added Apps and choose Remove next to Luneday. Zoom tells us, and the connection clears within a minute.
Meetings that already exist stay in your Zoom account and their links keep working. New bookings on events set to Zoom get no meeting until Zoom is connected again; their confirmation says the host will share the link.
Google Meet, Google Calendar and Outlook
The same page, Account → Connections, holds Google and Microsoft. Google Meet links are created under the organisation owner's Google account, like Zoom. A connected calendar blocks your booked times and, if you ask, writes your bookings into it.
